Shipping Costs and Options

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia for a fee of $15 per order.
  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • We use Australia Post to ensure timely delivery.

 

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all regions within Australia.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with Australia Post, we have no control over delivery timeframes, so keep an eye on the tracking via the Australia Post website.

 

International Shipping

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Apologies for any inconvenience.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our in-store team at sales@gathasnk or (03) 5606 4355 to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. We’ll guide you through the return process.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.

 

Exclusions

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.
