Shipping Costs and Options
- We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia for a fee of $15 per order.
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We use Australia Post to ensure timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship to all regions within Australia.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3-5 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with Australia Post, we have no control over delivery timeframes, so keep an eye on the tracking via the Australia Post website.
International Shipping
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our in-store team at sales@gathasnk or (03) 5606 4355 to request a return.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Exclusions
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.
